Refund and Lock-Out System
To qualify for our 30-day refund guarantee you must obtain a LOCK-OUT KEY.
This cancels your Program and KeyCodes.
The LOCK-OUT KEY is obtained from the software itself. We require that you have at least installed and started the software on a good working PC. This is detailed in our standard Terms available from our main Website. This is to protect our company against fraud.
To obtain your LOCK-OUT KEY, start the software, and go to the Main Program Window. You may have to use the blue EE icon in the system tray to maximize the window.
Now you will see the Main Program Window which looks like this picture:
- Click ONCE with the left mouse button on the picture of the man with the microscope.
- RELEASE the mouse button.
- HOLD DOWN the CTRL key.
- KEEP HOLDING DOWN the CTRL key. Press the key H.

A message box will appear with further instructions. Follow the instructions and press OK to obtain your LOCK-OUT KEY.
If a message box does not appear, you are using the wrong version of our software. To obtain your LOCK-OUT KEY, you must have downloaded from our site on or after 18th October 2000. Visit the Downloads page and re-download and re-install the latest version. Run this, and follow the instructions again to give you your LOCK-OUT KEY.
