For Licensed Users — How to enter your Evidence Eliminator™ KeyCodes
- Codes are Case-Sensitive
Codes must be entered exactly as supplied e.g. 123ABC should not be confused with 123abc
- Please Copy and Paste
It is strongly advisable to copy and paste your KeyCodes into the program. If you do not know how to copy and paste, please ask somebody who uses computers regularly to show you how to do that.
Copy/Paste is recommended because it is easy to become confused between Zero (0) and the letter "O" - they can look the same as each other on the screen. Copy/Paste stores the codes in memory accurately to make sure they are entered correctly.
- To display the Registration Window
Double-click on the picture of the man with the microscope.
- How your KeyCodes are supplied
Your license codes are supplied in your User License Document and they are in a special form. Using # to represent each number or letter, your codes are supplied like this. (the format may vary)
The codes are in two parts: UserName and LicenseCode.
- USERNAME is NOT your own name.
- USERNAME is the first part of the keycode BEFORE THE SPACES.
- If your username begins with 'USER-' then you must include that part too.
Known Windows Bug
If you see a message saying "Thankyou, your registration has been accepted.." then the program has accepted your license codes. It should be "registered" next time your start it. If, however the next time you start the program it does not remember that it is registered, then Windows is not allowing our software correct access to the system registry. The Windows installation is corrupt and should be reinstalled fresh, which will completely solve the problem.
