At this point may we please remind you to print a copy of your User License document as soon as you receive it. By printing your User License document, this ensures you can use Evidence Eliminator™ next time you need it. If you do not print a copy of your User License, you will be stuck the next time you need the program. Therefore please print a copy of your User License document.

It is essential that you print a copy of your User License document. Sorry to be repetitious, but a minority of people don't listen to us. They come back desperate at 3AM one Sunday night or public holiday, or Christmas Day, when our staff are off-line. We have told them to Print a copy, but they don't listen and they end up stuck for days. Please print a copy as soon as you receive it.

Repeat Shipments

If you have already paid for your order on-line by credit card, or if you have been shipped your order before, you will have received a SWREG order number in your browser.

At this stage you can order automatic duplicates, even if you have lost or not received the first shipment yet:

You will be able to order repeat shipments to your e-mail address by supplying your e-mail address or card number. These are dispatched immediately.

If you have changed your email address, this complicates matters and takes more of everyone's time. This is why it is essential that you print a copy of your User License document to avoid this situation.
