How to Re-install Evidence Eliminator™

  • From the "Windows Control Panel", select "Add/Remove programs."

  • Select Evidence Eliminator™ and un-install it.

  • If it remains, delete your installation directory of C:\PROGRAM FILES\Evidence Eliminator\

  • Reboot PC.

    • At this point, if you have had problems with a specific .OCX or .DLL component failure, locate any remaining copies of the .OCX or .DLL file on your drives and delete them.

  • Run "ScanDisk" from the "Start Menu - Accessories - System Tools" section.

  • If you have Norton Utilities, run "WinDoctor" (This utility cleans the system registry)

  • Run Microsoft RegClean. This is a free utility. Download instructions are available from the "Options - Misc - Registry" section of Evidence Eliminator™.

  • Download the latest full version from our Website.

  • Make sure all programs are closed.

  • Re-install Evidence Eliminator™.
